Hail Nebraska!

Good Morning Everyone! I've been scanning the news and even set up a couple Google News Alerts to try to see what impact the DC40 Group led by Cindy Jacobs or John Benefiel have had with their attempt to destroy the first amendment. You know what I've heard?

Yup you guessed it....

So to make sure we keep their rhetoric down to a minimum I'm going to continue on with each state until we are sure to silence this crazy thought forever! If you'd like to join in and blog about your state, you're welcome to post that URL here, or head over to our Facebook Group called "What Makes Your State Great" and post the love for your state there. We welcome positive thoughts, facts and trivia as well as anecdotes about states you've been to, you want to go to, or heck, just tell us what's on your mind.

Most of my facts come from the website 50states.com.

HAIL Nebraska!

The original inhabitants of Nebraska were considered plains Indians. The tribes are:
The Arapaho tribe

This land that we call home today started out as a Pagan land. It was taken and colonized and forced into assorted Christian beliefs. It is not the religion of the land. It is not the religion of the country. I have only one issue with organized religion. The "It's my way or the highway" attitude that most put out there. Our nation today, is a free nation. Free to decide what God(s) or Goddess(es), IF ANY we choose to follow. From the Atheist to the Pagan, from the Muslim to the Christian; WE, the people have the right to worship as we see fit, without having to worry about the government coming in and mandating a belief structure.

Let's keep it that way.

Namaste & Blessed Be
Sosanna
