Today I don't eat meat. I'm a vegetarian, lacto-ovo to be exact. I do drink organic milk and I eat the eggs that our hens in the back yard lay.
I try to always get organic food but it's really hard here in Seven Springs, NC to find it all the time. I ran into a situation where I actually had broccli and cauliflower go bad after being in my fridge "VACUUM SEALED" for two days. What's going on with our food?
